The Government Research Services Team of the Oregon State Library is excited to announce their newest service,
Live Help. 
 
In addition to our longstanding research support by phone and by email, we now offer assistance through instant messaging. Librarians will be staffing this service from 10:00 to noon and from 1:00 to 3:00 in the afternoon.
 
Click on the "Get Help" button, located in the top right corner of the State Employee Information Center web page, http://library.state.or.us . A green light will indicate that a librarian is online and ready to answer your question. Live Help is up and running; please share this information with your colleagues and encourage them to contact us for help with their information needs.
