A Comprehensive Community Conversation
Reducing Child Maltreatment 90% by 2030
Saturday, February 5th
11-2 p.m.
220 HEDCO Education Building
1655 Alder, Eugene
University of Oregon
Let*s have a real honest conversation about how to reduce child abuse &
domestic violence in our community. Your voice matters as we redefine
our approach to violence by building on our community*s strengths &
successes.
This conversation will bring the best of our thinking toward
dramatically reducing child maltreatment and intimate partner violence
in our community. What would it take to reduce child abuse 90% by 2030?
Where should we direct our attention and ourresources? What is the
role of the University of Oregon? What is yours?
This conversation will be facilitated by UO faculty member Jeff Todahl,
Ph.d. as he poses two key questions to our panel of community
visionaries and respondents. Then the community conversation will
begin. Your voice matters.
Everyone is welcome. Violence is a community problem that together we
can solve. Be a part of finding the solution.
