On December 18, 2013 at 3:30 at the United Way Office, we would like to gather representatives from those agencies and individuals who are involved with the Child Abuse Prevention Partnership  in an hour-and-a-half strategic planning session to devise/design a community activity to help prevent child abuse for 2014.  In 2013 a poverty conference was held. We had over two hundred individuals attend. A subsequent poverty conference at this time is being explored by another community group for the spring of 2014.

The Child Abuse Prevention Partnership, however, would like to design/ implement  another activity to begin a long term plan to  prevent child abuse.  You are one of many agencies that provide for the families and children who are caught in this many times downward spiral.  We would like to invite you or a representative from your agency  to join us.  I look forward to hearing seeing you or one of your representatives that will be attending this meeting, thank you.
