So, if we have access the day before, Upward Bound and ETS at Douglas High are more than happy to provide set up volunteers after school is out, and if we end up setting up on the tenth, my and my UCC volunteers will be there at 7. Just let me know when we find out.

I will not be at the meeting. We are working on a grant that is due this week.

*       Tear down is set with the Juv Dept providing volunteers - would like some feedback about times for them to show if there is any preference

*       Set up has a couple of options.

o   Day before - the Juv Dept can provide a few volunteers to set up in the afternoon on the 9th, assuming that remains an option. Additional help provided by Peer Power staff and UCC volunteers if they are available

o   Day of - UCC and Peer Power staff could set up
I prefer day before because that gives us time if we have more work or fewer volunteers. I would like to know if there is any feedback form others. Caroline has not been approached yet about UCC volunteers the day before so we are not sure if that is an option for them.
