Hi Everyone,

There is still room left in the David Mandel Safe + Together training on April 2nd & 3rd. Those of you who were only able to attend Day 1 of training during his last visit are more than welcome to attend Day 2. To register you can go through the DHS learning center and use Course # C03608 or call Diane Pietrzak for help registering. Please see flyer for details. Some of the topics he will cover include:


  *                 Batterer's coercive control  and actions taken to harm children
  *            Documentation procedures
  *            Case planning strategies
  *            Interviewing methods
  *            Impact of batterer's behavior on children
  *            Batterer accountability in case plans
  *            Collaboration with DV agency/advocates and other community partners
