The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Intelligence and Analysis (I&A) is pleased to announce the release of the Foreign Malign Influence Threats Collection Support Primer (CSP). The Foreign Malign Influence Threats CSP is available via HSIN-Intel<https://hsin.dhs.gov/collab/Intel/Pages/default.aspx>. The CSPs are designed to assist state and local partners in quickly identifying topics where they have unique access, and to then share related information for consumption in the intelligence cycle for analysis.

DHS I&A, in collaboration with the Cyber Mission Center (CYMC), and the Homeland Influence Task Force prepared the Foreign Malign Influence Threats CPS to assist DHS Intelligence Enterprise elements and federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial (SLTT) partners to identify threats intended to manipulate public opinion, exploit current and emerging events, influence federal and SLTT officials and policy, threaten democratic processes, and apply artificial pressures to shape federal or SLTT policy.

To capitalize on information sharing, the CP/CSP Webinar's are intended to provide an opportunity to receive an overview briefing on the topic, foster a dialogue with participants, and allow subject matter experts to answer questions relating to DHS collection interests and requirements.

The Wednesday Webinars are accessible via Adobe Connect and teleconference. Adobe Connect will allow everyone to view presented materials and the teleconference will be used for audio purposes. To ensure we can accurately track attendees and preserve content security, we require that you enter your full name and organization affiliation upon entering the Adobe Connect site to be approved for access to the session.

The Foreign Malign Influence Threats primer is accessible via HSIN-Intel<https://hsin.dhs.gov/collab/Intel/Pages/default.aspx>.
