This year’s theme will be Building a Strong Cyber Workforce – Women and Diversity in Cybersecurity with a focus on achievements and opportunities for women in the field of Cybersecurity.

About the Summit:
The Summit is a preeminent one-day cybersecurity event hosted by The University of Oregon in partnership with the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Oregon Department of Justice Titan Fusion Center, and the Technology Association of Oregon. The Oregon Cyber Resilience Summit is built on a basic premise:

  *   Embrace a “whole community” approach, bringing together the public and private sectors, owners and operators, cybersecurity experts, students, and community members to network and train together to defend our infrastructure from cyber threats.

It is a free, online event held in conjunction with the Oregon Cyber Resilience Summit. (No prior experience required, and prizes will be awarded!)

Cup Objectives:

  *   Encourage the participation of cybersecurity talent by providing a hands-on educational opportunity
  *   Promote team-building while also cultivating a mentorship and networking opportunity across teams.
  *   Promote cybersecurity as a career option for students
