[CDP-development] Cyber Disruption Alert - Pulse Browser

Cyber Disruptors,

For those of you battling against privacy browsers like Shift, Wave, OneStart, and others, there's another one to add to the list: Pulse Browser!

We found an installation of this browser in our environment this week, and it appears to have originated from malvertising similar to the browsers mentioned above. We have blocked the Pulse browser domain using our EDR tools.
