[Cnaprogram] Email System Failure at OSBN

FYI:  The OSBN email system "crashed", Monday, July 26th.  My recommendation is to resend any email addressed to me or Debra Buck, especially the CNA2 curriculums or call to confirm we received your emails.  Again, this just effects those emails from July 26th.
