[Cnaprogram] FW: Filling out CNA 2 Certificates of completion and course summary form

Hello-
Below are a few clarifications for CNA 2 training programs.
1) When filling in the training hours on the CNA 2 certificates of completion:
	a) If it is the CNA's first CNA 2 course, note the core classroom training hours in addition to the specialty classroom and clinical training hours on the certificate of completion.
	b) If it is not the CNA's first CNA 2 course, just record the specialty classroom and clinical training hours on the certificate of completion.
2) When submitting the CNA 2 course summary forms: Please list only the students who have successfully completed the training.  Leave off the names of those students whose trainings are still in progress. When other students complete their training, send a new Course Summary form with only their names on it. Do not resend a form that includes names of students who have completed their training and were previously submitted.
