Hello-
Attached is a draft of proposed changes to Division 61 of the Nurse Practice Act that is being presented at the Board Meeting on February 17, 2011.  
These changes would:
*	Add definitions for assisted living and residential care facilities for clarification.
*	Broaden definition of on-line program to allow for on-line training for CNA 2 and 	medication aide training programs.
*	Provide language clarification related to the process for reinstatement of active status 	after a training program has been on inactive status.
*	Establish parameters related to on-line training for CNA 2 and medication aide training 	programs.
