[Cnaprogram] Reminder of change to fingerprint process for exam applicants - September 1, 2015

Hello,

Tomorrow, September 1, 2015, there will be new application forms posted on the Board's website to reflect the change in the fingerprint process.  Please use the new forms to avoid confusion with the fees.  Once the Board of Nursing has received the test application, certificate of completion, and testing fees, applicants will get a "Next Steps" email with further instructions and a link to Fieldprint's webpage.  As of September 1, 2015, fingerprint fees will not be submitted with the applications.  Fingerprint fees ($64.50) will be paid to Fieldprint at the time the applicant schedules their fingerprint collection.  Applicants for testing must submit their exam application and exam fees to the Board of Nursing before they can make an appointment for fingerprint collection.
