These meetings provide educators, clinicians, and policymakers an opportunity to discuss and share information, data, and strategies to navigate the nursing workforce.

With support from the Oregon Department of Human Services, OCN is beginning a limited-duration weekly CNA Huddle! The goal of this new Huddle is to bring together educators and employers to discuss details specific to the CNA workforce, including the education pipeline, recruitment and retention. It is a chance to ask questions, learn from partners across the state and share best practices from your organization.

Huddles will occur weekly on Wednesdays, 8 – 9 a.m. via Zoom.
