The deadline to apply to participate as a member of the Nursing Assistant Level 1 Curriculum Task Force has been extended to January 11, 2023.

The purpose of this task force is to review the current nursing assistant (NA) level one curriculum and identify content that does not enhance the care of our clients. This taskforce serves in an advisory role only. The Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) retains the final decision on the approval and adoption of any proposed curriculum revisions.

Task force meeting dates to be determined pending membership selection. Once membership has been selected, meeting date(s) will be announced via public notice.  All task force meetings are open to the public; however, are not subject to public meeting law requirements.

To apply, submit the attached OSBN NA Curriculum Task Force Membership Application no later than January 11, 2023 to Colin Butterly: colin.butterly at osbn.oregon.gov<mailto:colin.butterly at osbn.oregon.gov>.
