Well I tried sending the entire spreadsheet but it was too large to share through the listserve, So I give you the smaller file with just the Academic Libraries.

Here's the spreadsheet I shared in our meeting.  I wanted the interface to be really clean so there are lots of hidden sheets which support this.  Feel free to do with it as you wish. I think I said that I later expanded just the academic part to also include day of the week, but this main tool doesn't have that  I have my "how I did this" documentation which I'm happy to share although with the caveat that someone who is better with Excel will no doubt find much more efficient ways to do all of this.  It's still a bit of a working document or I'd attach it now but I might clean it up a bit before sharing.  It's full of "notes to self".
