[collaborative-vr] Setting up our mid-summer meeting: Doodle and agenda items

Hello VR Collaborators,

Hope you are having a great beginning to a fabulous summer!

Here is a link to a Doodle for us to select our next online meeting:  https://doodle.com/poll/sfbzwta3isbp2hcw - I'm looking to have this in July and hope this works (summer schedules can be iffy!).

Agenda items - I'm proposing some below, but this is flexible depending upon what we all come up with:


1.      One thing we talked about at the last meeting was to discuss software security issues and solutions since there have been increases in hacking and spam/phishing.  What do you see with your system?  What have you been doing, if anything, to increase security?


2.      Are you involved with any professional library associations or groups (such as RUSA RSS ETS - Virtual Reference:  http://www.ala.org/rusa/contact/rosters/ets/rus-rssvirtual) ?  How have these groups helped you?  What more would you like to see them do?


3.      Speaker recommendations:  Who would you recommend as a motivating, informed speaker for a library conference or online workshop?



4.      Other topics?  Please send them my way.
