Hello Collaborative VR list:

My name is Doreva and I am the coordinator for Ask Here PA, the virtual 
reference service for Pennsylvania.

We are going to be issuing an RFP in the near future for virtual 
reference software and staffing services. Would anyone have an 
up-to-date list of current software and staffing services in use by your 
institutions?

I am happy to collate such a list for this group and share what I find.
