[collaborative-vr] Scripts used in chat sessions

Hi Cristen,

Here is a link to scripts that were updated as of 7/24/18:
http://askusnow.info/staff/learningcenter/technical/statewide-scripts.
They are continuing to be revised and updated based off of my liaisons'
feedback, to ultimately get them ready for the Fall 2018.  The aim is to
not add too many scripts (there used to be too many to count), but improve
the ones that we got.
