[collaborative-vr] Agenda items -next weeks meeting

My apologies for the late notice but I was out half of yesterday. If you 
could add to the agenda:

1)How do your services deal with school children or teens that are 
playing around with the chat service? We want to encourage appropriate 
use and class use while discouraging inappropriate use, and would not 
like to penalize the good, appropriate users of the service.

2)How do your states follow up with complaints of abusive behavior 
(verbal abuse) on the part of patrons? Unfortunately, we have seen an 
increase of this behavior and are following up with some ISP's, 
particularly school districts. to attempt to localize and stop it. Have 
other states used other methods to report or block patrons, or otherwise 
discourage abuse?
