[collaborative-vr] Zendesk for collaborative chat reference?

Hi collaborative VR folks,

I’m wondering if anyone has heard anything about Zendesk <https://www.zendesk.com/chat/> chat software as an option for collaborative chat or has looked into it?

It’s geared towards businesses but has gotten some use in academic libraries. 

If you have anything to share, I’d be interested to hear your thoughts.
