Hello Group,

Have you all read the news about SpringShare acquiring QuestionPoint from
OCLC? Here's their press release:

I was interested to know if anyone currently using SpringShare LibAnswers
has made plans to add the 24/7 support and if that includes participating
in the cooperative or purchasing additional hours without participation -
It sounds like they're willing to discuss this option from the
conversations I've had with them.
