[collaborative-vr] Springshare Acquires QuestionPoint

Hi Kelly,

Thanks for bringing this announcement to our attentions.  QP member
libraries received this news by email on Friday afternoon, 5/31/19.  Some
of us may have received calls about it too.

I had been on vacation since 5/23, but am officially back.  I know what I
will be bringing to my immediate supervisor's attention today :).
