[collaborative-vr] Chat assessment models

Hi Virtual Reference community,

I am searching for a chat assessment model that I can adapt for my chat service. Here are a few questions:


  1.  Do you assess your chat service? If yes, are you willing to share your assessment?
  2.  How do you demonstrate value of chat reference?
  3.  Do you assess your chat service based on outcome assessment?   More than just usage data but showing the value of your chat service to the campus community.
  4.  Do you map your chat service to the ACRL Standards for Libraries in Higher Education - 4. Discovery and 7. Management/Administration/Leadership ?   If yes, are you willing to share your performance outcome and performance metric template?
  5.  Do you map your chat service to ACRL Standards for Distance Learning Library Services - Special Requirements - Services ? If yes, are you willing to share?
