[collaborative-vr] Using chat transcripts as research data

Hi Collaborative VR folks,

I’m wondering if any of your services have had researchers use chat transcripts as data in research projects?

If so, did you use or develop any scripts for scrubbing personal information from the transcripts before they were used for research? Or did you use other methods for removing personal info?

I’d be interested in hearing from you about how you went about this!
