[collaborative-vr] scrubbing?

I feel like I ask this question every few months so forgive me for asking again but could you let me know about your schedule for scrubbing info?

AskWA uses LibAnswers/LibChat, so we can scrub Patron Info and we can scrub Full Info.

Do you scrub Patron Info?
If yes, after what period of time and which specific elements do you scrub?

Do you scrub full chat/email info?
If yes, after what period of time?
