[collaborative-vr] scrubbing?

Sara,

Answerland uses Springshare LibAnswers and scrubs after 90 days. We are set up to do this weekly on Sunday nights. We scrub all the info(meaning there is no names, contact info or transcript data retained) but we do retain the statistics related to it. So we counting of the chat or resulting ticket. If you would like any other details, I'm happy to share them directly with you.

I feel like I ask this question every few months so forgive me for asking again but could you let me know about your schedule for scrubbing info?

AskWA uses LibAnswers/LibChat, so we can scrub Patron Info and we can scrub Full Info.

Do you scrub Patron Info?
If yes, after what period of time and which specific elements do you scrub?

Do you scrub full chat/email info?
If yes, after what period of time?
