Good morning,

I’m pleased to introduce to you a new Canadian member to the listserv.

Laura Landon, is a site coordinator with the Novanet Libraries virtual live help group in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, Canada. Their consortium is made up of 12 post-secondary institutions, and together they share a virtual reference service.

The praises of the listserv were sung by the previous chair of the Novanet Live Help group in the past, Carly Brake. Carly's term as chair has ended and they are now sharing chair duties among several libraries. They plan to monitor this listserv for our group, as Carly has done in the past. She said it is very useful.
