Hi Everyone!

I've got a question about your chat analysis methods.

Do you do chat analysis regularly or is this something done individually by libraries within your co-ops?
If you do chat analysis what are the steps you take and how often do you do this?

Is anyone using any AI tools to help analyze your data?
For example, feeding it raw transcripts and asking it to find trends type of thing?
If yes, what are your steps for ensuring privacy?
