WHEN: Applications open on December 11th and will be reviewed for eligibility on a first come, first served basis.

The Lazy Days Mobile Home and RV Park, rebuilt by Homes for Good after the Holiday Farm Fire, has 20 2-bedroom modular homes that are available to rent for Holiday Farm Fire survivors.

You may be eligible if:
✅You were a renter who lost your primary residence in the Holiday Farm Fire.
✅You lost the home you owned in the Holiday Farm Fire and you either did not own the property it was on or you owned the property but it is now unbuildable.

Rent is $1000 per month and includes utilities (water, sewer, garbage). Two ADA-accessible units are available.

Lane Transit District (LTD) offers free bus rides to individuals traveling to Egan Warming Centers<https://www.svdp.us/services/shelter-assistance/egan-warming-centers/> when overnight temperatures are forecasted to drop below 30°F.

To utilize this service, inform the bus operator that your destination is an Egan Warming Center. Please note that free rides are available only when the centers are activated.

The Shelter Finder can be found via the Lane County Shelter Finder website<http://www.lanecountyor.gov/shelter> or Lane County Housing Help website<http://www.lanecountyor.gov/housinghelp>.

This website is intended to help those in our community seeking shelter either for themselves, or for someone else, know what shelters have beds available on a given night and what criteria there are for accessing those shelters.

Those accessing the site can filter through the shelters based on unique needs and be pointed in the direction of those shelters that best meet those needs. Additionally, by clicking on the bed icons located on the embedded map, site visitors can see information about the shelters including pictures, intake information, what they can expect when accessing and other important details.
