Tuesday Tidbits are short, specific info bites you can use and share to increase collective knowledge of Lane County's wide-ranging community resource landscape.
Below you will find local Mental and Physical Health resources being offered in our local community.

[cid:image003.jpg at 01DA5E88.27F287A0]<https://www.insightrecovery.com/>Insight Northwest Recovery, a Mental Health and Substance Addiction Treatment option for youth ages 13-25, is opening in April 2024 and is now adding youth to their waitlist.
They are Lane County's only dual diagnosis treatment provider for teens and young adults.
If you know someone who can benefit from their services, have them call 541-203-0539 or email info at insightrecovery.com and they will be added to the waitlist. They will be calling clients on the waitlist the second week of March to schedule services for the first week of April.
They provide outpatient mental health treatment and treatment for substance addiction.
Other Services Include: LGBTQIA/Trans Specific Groups and Support, Peer Support Services, Case Management, Medication Assisted Treatment (Suboxone), and Family Support.
