Tuesday Tidbits are short, specific info bites you can use and share to increase collective knowledge of Lane County's wide-ranging community resource landscape. Below you will find Mental and Physical Health resources being offered in and for our local community.

[cid:image004.png at 01DAC703.193146A0]The US Department of Veteran Affairs is promoting The PACT ACT, a new law that expands VA health care eligibility to several generations of Veterans who may not have been eligible before due to adding 20+ new presumptive conditions.

[cid:image006.jpg at 01DAC70F.184D31C0]The Eugene-Springfield NAACP is hosting a Health & Resource Fair on June 28th, 4-8pm at Mim's House, 330 High St., Eugene.
They will be offering free acupuncture, OHP sign up, No Cost Health screenings, Free food from local Black Businesses, Free overdose prevention kits, and other community resources.

During the last few weekends in June, try out Core Yoga, Group Walking, or Ashtanga Yoga with experienced instructors to guide you.

A TransPonder drop-off driver will drop off requested supplies via no-contact delivery in unmarked packaging. The test is a saliva test; the kits have user-friendly instructions, safer sex supplies, a $20 Target Gift Card incentive, and contact information for HIV Alliance's PrEP coordinator.

Test strips and naloxone are available at HIV Alliance, CORE, White Bird's harm reduction center (on Polk st) and from Black Thistle Street Aid.
Try not to use alone & have Narcan handy just in case. If you are alone, call the never use alone hotline: 1-877-696-1996
