Tuesday Tidbits are short, specific info bites you can use and share to increase collective knowledge of Lane County's wide-ranging community resource landscape.
Below you will find Mental and Physical Health resources being offered in and for our local community.

[cid:image003.png at 01DAC165.2E63C8C0]<https://www.youthera.org/>Youth Era<https://www.youthera.org/> is offering FREE Peer Support Services at the Eugene Drop at 44 W. 7th Ave., Eugene.
Youth Peer Support Specialists typically have lived experience that guides their work as they support youth in reaching their goals.

Youth Era is also offering Confidential Youth Advocacy with SASS Advocates Every other Thursday during drop in hours, 3-6pm.

They will be offering free acupuncture, OHP sign up, No Cost Health screenings, Free food from local Black Businesses, Free overdose prevention kits, and other community resources.

The Healthier Oregon Program allowed for access to OHP to those who were previously ineligible due to their immigration status.

[cid:image008.png at 01DAC16C.51BB7780]The Oregon Social Learning Center, ODI Program is offering FREE Adolescent & Family Services for Substance Use Counseling and Mental Health Services for students ages 14-18 who are connected to Sheldon, North Eugene, Churchill, South Eugene, and ECCO High Schools.
