The 1Pass is a card kids 18 and younger can use to access exciting destinations during the summer for a flat fee of $60. You can purchase yours online this Friday, May 17, at 5:30 p.m. Scholarships are available.

⛺️🙌🏾 We’re thrilled to announce our second annual “Camp for the Culture,” a cultural immersion program designed for youth of African descent.

“Camp for the Culture,” is a cultural immersion program designed for youth of African descent as a space for them to not only learn about the beauty and uniqueness of their heritage, history, and culture, but also to make lifelong friends and develop a positive sense of their racial identity. Students gain knowledge through a variety of activities, including both contemporary and traditional music and dance, storytelling, performing and visual arts, environmental education and ancestral knowledge of the land, cultural foods and cooking, and strategies for building resilience through wellness, and more.

We are thrilled to once again offer FREE summer SPARK programs<https://www.springfield.k12.or.us/academics/summer> in 2024 for students currently in grades KINDERGARTEN through 7TH GRADE, with a focus on enrichment, academics, recreation, and community.

All kindergarten through 7th grade students currently enrolled in a Springfield school are eligible to attend, even if their school is not a SPARK camp location.

Students will be provided with breakfast and lunch. Limited transportation is available for those that qualify.

Summer 2024 dates and times:

Monday - Thursday
July 8, 2024 - August 1, 2024
Elementary: 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Middle School: 9:40 a.m. to 3:10 p.m.

HOURS: Camp Day - 8:45 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Morning Extended Care - 7 a.m. - 8:45 a.m. (additional $15/weekly fee)
Evening Extended Care - 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. (additional $20/weekly fee)
