Hello District 5 Self-Sufficiency/Child Welfare Staff and Community Partners,

Tuesday Tidbits are short, specific info bites you can use and share to increase collective knowledge of Lane County's wide-ranging community resource landscape. Below you will find Mental and Physical Health resources being offered in and for our local community.


[cid:image003.png at 01DB4007.6F635090]PacificSource has paused the Health Related Services/Flexible Services program, also know as Flex Funds at of 11/1/24.

 [cid:image004.png at 01DB4007.6F635090] Insight Northwest Recovery<https://www.insightrecovery.com/> is an intensive outpatient treatment/day treatment program for mental health AND/OR co-occurring disorders (substance use & mental health dx) for ages 12-29 and the only dual diagnosis treatment facility for teens and young adults in the state. Located in Eugene - directly across the street from the entrance to the University of Oregon, making it easily accessible. Insight Northwest Recovery accepts PacificSource Medicaid (OHP), PacificSource Commercial, Providence and Moda health plans. They are currently accepting new clients!
The following services are offered:

  *   Outpatient group treatment for mental health (individual track)
  *   Outpatient group treatment for substance addiction aka co-occurring disorder treatment (individual track)
  *   Tiers of care for both tracks:

     *   PHP = Partial Hospitalization aka Intensive Day Treatment (Level 2.5)
     *   IOP = Intensive outpatient treatment (ASAM Level 2.1)
     *   Outpatient treatment / Aftercare

  *   Individual counseling
  *   Psychiatry
  *   MAT services
  *   Family counseling / group workshops
  *   LGBTQIA+/transgender specific groups and support
  *   Peer support services
  *   Case management
