The Center for Family Development<https://www.c-f-d.org/> is offering their popular Pregnancy and Early Postpartum Support Group on Thursday evenings from 5:30-7:30 PM, starting October 24th. This 6-week group supports individuals during their pregnancy or early postpartum. Through the group, participants will connect with other individuals and receive guidance on:
• Stress management
• Healthy bonding
• Information about pregnancy and infant development
This group is FREE for all participants thanks to a grant from the Early Childhood Hub of Lane County and is open to all, whether or not a client of CFD.
