[cid:image009.jpg at 01DC0B99.B247E430]Charlie Health<https://www.charliehealth.com/> is expanding their age range and is now offering care for individuals ages 8 to 64 through our virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)!!
IOP is ideal when a child is experiencing moderate to severe emotional or behavioral challenges-such as anxiety, depression, mood instability, or difficulty adjusting to life changes-and weekly outpatient therapy hasn't been effective.
Their evidence-based care model is specifically tailored for children ages 8-11 and their treatment approach for this age group focuses on:

  *   Building emotional vocabulary
  *   Developing regulation and coping skills
  *   Strengthening core relational patterns through meaningful caregiver involvement
Program Overview for 8-11 Year Olds:

  *   9 hours/week of virtual group therapy
  *   1 hour/week of individual therapy
  *   1 hour/week of family therapy
  *   Medication management (when appropriate)
  *   Full access to wraparound services including crisis support, caregiver support groups, peer mentorship, care coordination, and special Charlie Health events

Their services include basic medical care, haircuts, and supplies handouts including wound care, hygiene items, and clothing.
They are available at the following locations and times:

  *   St. Vincent de Paul's Service Center (450 Highway 99N) on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays, 9-11 am
  *   Washington Jefferson Park (5th Ave and Washingtion St) on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays, 9-11 am.
Bus Route Information
St. Vincent De Paul Service Center: The buses that have access to the areas around the service center in the Lane County Transit District are lines 40 and 41.
Washington Jefferson Park: The buses that have access to the areas around Washington Jefferson Park in the Lane County Transit District are lines 51 and 52.

Call today to learn about their services: phone number 541-346-0923.
Their Counseling Psychology Center (CPC) offers individual therapy for those 18 and older. The CPC offers cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with motivational interviewing. CBT has been shown to be helpful for people experiencing anxiety, depression, sleep issues, trauma-related disorders, panic attacks, and more.
Services are offered on a sliding scale based on your income and ability to pay.

The HEDCO Clinic is also offering a Trans Femmes' Support Group on Mondays 11 am-12:30 pm.
A member-driven support group for positive change, support, and connection with trans feminine people in our community!

  *   BRITE - Building Resilience for Individuals through Trauma Education (BRITE) is a curriculum-based program designed to support adults who have experienced significant adversity in recognizing and strengthening their personal resilience. Offered on Tuesdays, 3-4:30 pm starting September 30th through December 16th via Zoom.
  *   DBT - Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) provides clients with new skills to manage painful emotions and decrease conflict in relationships. DBT specifically focuses on providing therapeutic skills in four key areas: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Offered on Wednesdays, 2-4pm starting September 17th through November 19
