Hello District 5 Self-Sufficiency, Oregon Eligibility Partnership, and Child Welfare Staff and Community Partners,

Tuesday Tidbits are short, specific info bites you can use and share to increase collective knowledge of Lane County's wide-ranging community resource landscape.   Below you will find Mental and Physical Health resources being offered in and for our local community.

The HIV Alliance and NAACP's BIPOC Community Health Worker Program was created to help Lane County's communities of Black, Indigenous, People of Color navigate medical care. They can help community members by attending medical exams with them, sending appointment reminders, helping with transportation, and more. Their Community Health Workers (CHWs) are certified assisters who can help folks sign up for insurance through OHP and Marketplace.
