⁠This hybrid training will be held at Maxwell Community Hub in Eugene and also streamed live on Google Meet, so you can join us in whichever way feels best for you. Together, we’ll explore what it means to volunteer with TransPonder, share upcoming opportunities, and offer special training for those who’d like to support our Extra Serving and Free Food Program.⁠

DC's mission is to provide the community with research and evidence-based support services and education for individuals and families who are pregnant and parenting.

What can you expect as a Spanish Bilingual and Bicultural Full Spectrum doula?

✨ In depth - on the job training - to become a prenatal, birth, postpartum, abortion and loss support doula
✨Provide culturally aware, trauma-informed care to our local community members
✨Advocate for and empower clients every step of the way
✨Advocate, value, and support bodily autonomy for all
Compensation & Benefits:
❇️ $23.15/hr+, based on experience
❇️ Wellness Leave – 72 hours annually
❇️ PTO – 4 weeks annually (available after 90 days)
❇️ Agency Wide Break – One week paid time off in December
❇️ Health, Dental, Vision Insurance – 100% employer-paid
❇️ $600 Annual Bonus on your workiversary
