The Providence Community Grants Counsel (PCGC) invites innovative and thoughtful grant proposals that seek to improve the health of all Oregonians and address community needs.  We are seeking proposals in the focus areas outlined below.  
We encourage your agency to review the attached application for suitability and eligibility and submit your proposal by replying to PCGC at providence.org by 2011.
