     Collection on Minorities and Special Populations<http://www.minorityhealth.hhs.gov/section4302/> 
· The Proposed Data Collection Standards<http://www.minorityhealth.hhs.gov/section4302/> improve health data 
     collection and monitoring by race, ethnicity, sex, primary language, and disability status. 
· HHS also rolls out Plan for Health Data Collection on LGBT Populations<http://www.minorityhealth.hhs.gov/LGBT/>.

Publishing the final standards this Fall and to be implemented in 2012.
