"Administrators' Toolkit' for Diploma Implementation!

The "Administrators' Toolkit: 10 Tools to Help Implement the Oregon
Diploma" is designed to provide tools and information to help with
planning and implementation of the new diploma requirements.  The Oregon
Department of Education (ODE) partnered with the Confederation of Oregon
School Administrators (COSA) to bring together a group of administrators
from around the state this summer to develop the Toolkit.  The Toolkit
is provided as a resource for schools and districts and is available
on-online http://www.cosa.k12.or.us/profdev/administratorstoolkit.html

2008-09 On-line Oregon Standards Newspaper !

The 2008-09 on-line Oregon Standards Newspaper is now available to
teachers, administrators, and staff through the Oregon Department of
Education's REAL website
http://www.ode.state.or.us/teachlearn/real/newspaper/.  As you may
already know, ODE is no longer printing the Oregon Standards Newspaper.
It is now an online publication and teachers have the ability to print
the entire Oregon Standards Newspaper or just selected sections.
