This year the World Affairs Council of Oregon are going to Eastern Europe and beyond. Their Russia & the Post Soviet States: Culture, Continuity & Crisis Conference for K-12 Educators is scheduled for May 16th , 2015  in Portland.   As you know, they are the World Affairs Council of Oregon so their offerings are open to the entire state and thanks to you teachers from throughout the state have responded.
