[Datamart-News] Agency Vote requests for Datamart Functionality Projects

Hello Everyone,
Voting for 2013 Datamart Functionality Projects

As you may recall we invited all agencies to participate in meetings to identify what functionality agencies are looking for in the Datamart that they do not have today.  The results of the meetings are listed within the attached document called 'Datamart Functionality Combine'.

We are requesting agencies prioritize the eight outstanding projects, shown with the attached Excel file called 'Datamart Functionality Projects 2013'. Please only send one voting sheet per agency. In the event we receive multiple voting sheets, we will prorate the vote for the effect of one vote per agency.

The deadline to respond is Friday, August 10, please email the list to the Datamart inbox (Datamart.Support at state.or.us<mailto:Datamart.Support at state.or.us>).

Out of a total of 24 ideas/projects suggested/requested, only eight remain outstanding. Sixteen of the projects have either been resolved, are in progress, or are not moving forward. Each are described within the attached file called 'Datamart Functionality Request Explanation'.

The Datamart team is continually working to provide all users with the best possible information and we appreciate all your support and help with your comments/suggestions. Keep up the good work.
