[Datamart-News] Datamart Purge (FY 07-08)

Dear Datamart Users,

It has finally time to purge data from the Datamart. We have set the purge date this year to Monday, April 7, 2014.

We will be purging Fiscal Year's 2007 & 2008 data from the SFMS financial tables within the Datamart. Once the data is purge, it is no longer available for use within the Datamart. Due to the purge process, the Datamart will be down for most of the scheduled day. We will let you know through the News list when the Datamart is available.

I am sorry for the short notice but this load coincides with the annual R*STARS financial archive. Going forward, we plan to purge the Datamart at the same time the SFMS archive process occurs.

Again, this purge will only archive SFMS financial data. The other systems within the Datamart (OSPS, PPDB, ORBITS and PICS) will not be affected.
