Per SFMS below, the Datamart should be down from Saturday 4/5/14 to 4/7/14, for the archive process. I will let you know as soon as it is back up and running.

Subject: REMINDER - SFMS Financial Archive running Friday, 4/4/14

Good morning,

This is a reminder that SFMS will be running our Financial Archive in the Production region next Friday (4/4/14) following the regular batch cycle.  Consistent with our timing on previous archives, SAMS will wait until SFMS Operations validates the 92R reports (General Ledger and Summary General Ledger).  Once that occurs, I will send out an e-mail announcing that it is safe for SAMS to run the jobs to update the Datamart with the archived information.  This is expected to occur on Monday, 4/7/13.  We would anticipate that the Datamart would be unavailable from Saturday, 4/5 through Monday, 4/7.

The regular weekly upload that occurs on Sunday will still occur on Sunday, 4/6.
