Hello HR and payroll partners,
The DAS Payroll and Time Tracking Project team, OSPS team and the Workday support team wanted to say thank you for everyone for all their patience and feedback as we navigate our way through this monumental change. We wanted to provide a message on this fluid process of data management between Workday and OSPA.
We are receiving a high volume of new cases in Workday Case Management and for us to be able to respond effectively and efficiently to your cases we are asking that you include the following information:
1. Employee ID - OR#
2. Employee Name (First then Last name)
3. Description of the issue
4. Effective date(s)
If you send a spreadsheet with multiple entries, separate the entries into scenarios so that each tab of a spreadsheet has consistent scenarios:
* scenario 1: all terminations have completed business processes (BPs) in Workday
* scenario 2: terminations in progress in Workday - SUBJECT of case: "URGENT, manual check required"
* scenario 3: terminations not started in Workday - SUBJECT of case: "URGENT, manual check required"
* scenario 4: terminations in progress or not started in Workday (agency has time to finish business process in Workday) - Please complete the BP and then create a case
* scenario 5: compensation changes prior to December 1
Use the subject line when creating a case with 'URGENT, manual check(s) required' to help notify the Workday team when data must be pushed over to OSPA.
