Active Roles Server (ARS) Admins,

Your agency uses the Password Manager (PWM) web portal site https://pwm.ets.oregon.gov/PMuser to manage the passwords of your user accounts in the shared ENTSS.or.gov Active Directory. Your user accounts are primarily used for one or more of the OBIEE/OB1, CommVault, Password Manager and ARS applications.

Per the change documented below, we are replacing the old server and PWM application which runs on it. The current link above will still work on the new server, but in legacy mode. We will eventually turn off the legacy mode site. The new, full-feature site link is https://pwm.ets.oregon.gov/PMSelfService. The new site looks slightly different, but is mostly cosmetic.

Also, the user profiles (the challenge questions and answers) on the old server cannot be migrated to the new PWM server. Once the new site is online the evening of Oct 5th, users that logon to it will be prompted to create a new user profile and new challenge questions and answers.

Please communicate this change of the site links, and the new user profile, to your application users that have accounts in the shared AD.  Please reply-all with any questions you have regarding the changes.  Thank you.
