[Datamart-News] Project Phase table update

We had a request from agencies to add the 'Grant Number' and 'Grant Phase' fields to the 'Project Phase' profile table. This request is now complete.

In OBIEE it was added to these subject areas:

Profile - PROJECT PHASE
ACTIVE ACCOUNT EVENT
ALL ACCOUNT EVENT
ARCHIVED ALL ACCOUNT EVENT
GL DETAIL
ARCHIVE GL DETAIL
PROJECT FINANCIAL
ARCHIVED PROJECT FINANCIAL
YE GL DETAIL
YE ACTIVE ACCOUT EVENT

And from an ODBC connection it was added to SFMSPUSR.PROJECT_PHASE table.
