Datamart Workday users,

The Datamart team will be removing all historical data from the following Workday Arrears tables: Workday-Arrears, Workday-HCM Employee Arrears, and Workday-HCM Employee Payroll Register Arrears.

As noted in the email below, no new data has been loaded into these tables since March 2025. Because the existing records are now outdated and inaccurate, we will be deleting all remaining data. After the removal on 3/21/26, any queries against these tables will return zero results.

Thanks for your understanding,

Subject: OSPS News ~ Turning Off Datamart PEBB Arrears

________________________________

Payroll Partners,

We are informing you that the integration that feeds PEBB arrears data from Workday to the Datamart has been turned off. The last data load was completed as part of February 2025, Run 2 (Mar. 10, 2025). No new data will be sent to the Datamart until further notice.

In partnership with Oregon State Payroll Services (OSPS), we reviewed the purpose of the PEBB arrears data, and it was determined that some configuration changes would need to be made to continue to populate the Datamart. Until those configuration changes can be made, it was agreed upon to turn off the integration and to continue using the reports within Workday.

OSPS recommends utilizing the following reports to manage PEBB arrears:

  * AUD | Preliminary Arrears Report - Used for prior to Run 1

  * AUD | Current Arrears Report - Used for after Run 1

Agencies should continue to follow their process for notifying employees about any PEBB premiums owed to the agency.

The Datamart integration for PEBB arrears will be put into the release process and prioritized later.

If you have any questions about this then please create a case for OSPS | Central Payroll Support.

Thank you,

DAS Workday Support Team
