Just wanted to alert you that the Oregon Supreme Court decided State v. Ryan today - reversing the Court of Appeals decision in that case and upholding a SPO respondent's conviction for violation of the SPO.  The Court of Appeals had held that the  Rangel standard applied to the crime of violation of a SPO - the Supreme Court disagreed unanimously.
